I recently spent my Christmas holidays at a hotel in Riyadh, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was always available and friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy environment to relax in. Additionally, the hotel's location was highly convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options just a few minutes' walk away.
While I had a great time at the hotel, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. Firstly, the lack of English-speaking TV channels was a bit disappointing, particularly since it's a common expectation for international travelers. Additionally, the absence of complimentary breakfast, which is a standard offering in many hotels around the world, was a bit of a letdown. However, these were minor setbacks that didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

The location of the hotel is superb, with all shopping and eating needs within just a few minutes of walking distance. the cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, staff is friendly and always available. the hotel has all essential amenities that make the stay comfortable and relaxing.
The Wi-Fi speed is incredibly slow and made it difficult to browse the internet. the air freshener used in the corridors and rooms is strong and can be overwhelming at times.

We had a great stay near the airport, with many shopping and dining options just a short walk away. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff available to assist us. the amenities, like Wi-Fi and TV channels, could have been improved, but for the price, it was still a decent stay.
The front desk staff could be a bit rude and unhelpful at times.

Great location, friendly staff. Excellent range of cafes, shops, and Danube supermarket on the doorstep. Cleanliness and room facilities on par with 4-5 star hotels. Convenient for business stays in the Qurtubah/Granada area.
